To ensure efficient and reliable shipping service, we collaborate with specialized logistics partners well established in the area:

Italy: All shipments destined for the Italian market are carried out through our logistics partner Fercam, a company recognized for punctuality and precision.

European Union: Deliveries to EU member countries are managed by Dachser, an international logistics company with a strong distribution network across Europe.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping cost: The delivery service is available at a fixed cost of EUR 59.00.

Delivery method: All deliveries are made to the ground floor, that is, at the foot of the building or in front of the residence, always by scheduled appointment. This method allows for timely and organized logistics management, avoiding unexpected issues related to the recipient’s availability.

Delivery Appointment

Once the order has reached the relevant branch, our logistics partner will contact the buyer directly.

In Italy, Fercam will contact the customer by phone.

For shipments abroad (EU), the contact will be handled by Dachser.

During this call, the delivery appointment will be scheduled to ensure the recipient’s presence and facilitate receiving the order comfortably.
