The first step involves cutting high-quality wood for the sofa frame. Our skilled artisans work with precision to ensure each component is cut according to the project specifications. After cutting, the pieces are assembled to create a solid and durable structure.

Once the frame is assembled, we add state-of-the-art elastic straps. These straps enhance the comfort and durability of the sofa by providing optimal support. Next, the frame is upholstered with high-resilience polyurethane foam. We use 45 kg/m³ for the seat and 35 kg/m³ for the backrest to ensure long-lasting comfort and durability. On top of the foam, we apply a layer of Dacron padding, which adds softness and protection to the sofa.

Meanwhile, the fabric chosen by the customer is cut and sewn with precision for each individual component of the sofa. Our skilled seamstresses work meticulously to ensure that every detail reflects the high quality and elegance of the design.

With the fabric ready, we proceed with upholstering the sofa. Each upholstered component is then assembled together to create the finished product. During this process, we conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure that each sofa meets our high standards.

Once the quality check is complete, each individual sofa component is packed with utmost care. We use robust and secure packaging materials to protect the product during transit. The packed components are then placed on a pallet, ready for shipment to the customer.
