By selling directly online, Atio avoids traditional retail markups. For complete peace of mind, you have a 100-day home trial after delivery; if you decide to return it, returns are free and pickup is arranged directly by the company.

Yes, Atio sofas are shipped divided into individually packaged modular elements. This makes delivery straightforward, even through narrow doorways, small elevators, or tight stairwells.
Is assembly difficult, or are special tools required?
No, assembly takes just a few minutes without any tools or professional assistance. The various modules, backrests, and armrests connect easily using integrated interlocking systems.
How long does production take, and how do shipping and in-room delivery work?
Made-to-order production takes approximately 4 weeks. Standard curbside delivery costs €59 in Italy, but in-room delivery to your specific floor can be requested for an additional fee based on a personalized quote.
