Refund policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days, even without stating a reason. The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the products (or the last product delivered in the case of a contract relating to multiple products ordered in a single order and shipped separately). If the customer withdraws from the contract, ATIO shall reimburse the customer for all payments received, excluding shipping costs, immediately or within thirty days from the day ATIO receives the communication regarding the withdrawal from this contract. ATIO may withhold the refund until the products are returned or until the customer has provided evidence of having shipped the products, depending on which event occurs first.
