By selling directly online, Atio avoids traditional distribution markups. For maximum peace of mind, after delivery you have 100 days to try the sofa at home; if you decide to return it, the return is free and the pickup is organized directly by the company.
Does the sofa easily fit through doors, hallways, or narrow stairs?
Yes, Atio sofas are shipped divided into individual elements packed separately. This makes delivery simple even through narrow doors, small elevators, or flights of stairs.
Is assembly difficult or are special tools needed?
No, assembly is completed in a few minutes without tools or a technician. The various modules, backrests, and armrests are easily connected using integrated coupling systems.
How long does production take and how does shipping and delivery to the floor work?
Made-to-order production takes about 4 weeks. Standard delivery (to street level) costs €59 in Italy, but you can request delivery directly inside the home to the desired floor for a surcharge calculated by quote.
