Return Request Deadline:

• Buyers have 100 days from the date of delivery to request a return

Product Packaging:

• To proceed with the return, the product must be packaged to prevent damage during transport.
• Aim to package the product as closely as possible to its original packaging.
• After packaging, send a photo of the packaged product to info@atio.it for verification.

Packaging Verification:

• Upon receiving the packaging photo, we will verify it.
• If the packaging is correct, we will arrange for pickup with our logistics partner.

Product Inspection:

• Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
• We will verify that the product conforms to the original and is ready for resale.

Return Costs:

• The cost for the return process is EUR 159.00.

Refund:

• After inspection, if the product is compliant, we will process a refund for the product's amount.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
