Return Request Deadlines

Buyers have 100 days from the product delivery date to request a return.

Product Packaging

The product must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport.

The packaging should be as close as possible to the original.

Once completed, you need to send a photo of the packaging to info@atio.it for verification.

Packaging Verification

After receiving the photo, our team will proceed with the verification.

If the packaging is deemed suitable, we will arrange pickup through our logistics partner.

Product Inspection

Once it arrives at our warehouse, the product will be inspected.

We will check that it matches the original and is ready for resale.

Return Costs

The return cost is EUR 59.00, equivalent to the outbound shipping cost.

Refund

If the product passes inspection, we will refund the amount related to the product only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions – Customized Products

Products with coverings different from the standard ones, as they are customized, are not eligible for return. The same applies to products with dimensions different from the standard ones.
