How does the 100-day home trial work?
Once you receive the sofa, you have 100 days to try it at home. If it's not the right one for you, you can return it; Atio will organize the pickup directly at your home for free.
Can I get help choosing the right model and dimensions?
Yes. You can send us the measurements of the space, photos or a floor plan. The Atio team will help you choose the model, configuration, dimensions and upholstery, also preparing a render of the product.
Can I get free fabric samples before ordering?
Certainly. You can request free samples of the upholstery to evaluate colors, textures, and characteristics (such as pet-friendly or easy-to-clean fabrics) directly in the light of your home.
Are Atio sofas modular and modifiable over time?
Yes. The modular structure allows you to add, replace or reconfigure individual elements, backrests and armrests even later to adapt to your needs.
How long is the warranty on Atio sofas?
The frame of Atio sofas is covered by a 10-year warranty. It uses elastic webbing and high-resilience polyurethane foam padding to ensure comfort and durability.
